Privacy policy
At TryLa we take user privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.
What information we collect
When you sign up and use TryLa we collect a small number of identifiers: your email address, an optional phone number, your business name (if you choose to provide one), and authentication tokens issued by our identity provider. We collect this information to create and maintain your account.
When you use the product itself we collect the photos and product images that you upload, the Try-On results we generate from them, the share links you create, and a usage log of credits consumed. End-user selfies submitted through a public Try-On link are processed transiently and are not retained beyond the session unless the end user explicitly saves the result.
How we use this information
We use account data to provide service: to authenticate you, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing), provide customer support, and notify you of significant product changes. We use product data to generate Try-On results, store your gallery, render Showrooms, count credit usage and display analytics in your dashboard.
We do not sell your data and we do not share your customer information with third parties for advertising purposes.
Cookies and analytics
TryLa uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, maintain session preferences (such as language), and operate critical security features. We may set additional analytics cookies to understand how the product is used in aggregate. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set.
Your rights
You can review and update your account information at any time from the dashboard. You can request that we export, correct or delete your data by writing to us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and within any deadlines required by applicable privacy law (such as GDPR for EU users).
You can also delete your account directly from the dashboard. When you do, we delete personal account information; we may retain anonymized usage logs for security and capacity-planning purposes.
Security
We protect your data with industry-standard practices: HTTPS for all traffic, encrypted storage at rest, restricted internal access, separate API credentials for each customer integration, and audit logging on sensitive admin actions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to make ours hard to compromise and quick to detect when something is wrong.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product (an in-app notice) or by email. Continued use of TryLa after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
