Terms of service

By using TryLa you accept the terms below. They describe what TryLa offers, how you may use it, and the responsibilities both sides take on.

What we offer

TryLa is a platform that helps fashion brands, online stores, boutiques and individual users generate Try-On simulations, build digital Showrooms and share results with customers. Functionality includes AI image generation, hosted share links, an embeddable Try-On button, a manual touch-up workflow and a usage dashboard.

Acceptable use

You may use TryLa for lawful business and personal purposes. You agree not to upload images you do not have permission to use, not to use the platform to create misleading or impersonating content, not to attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls, and not to use TryLa to generate content that is illegal, defamatory or harmful to other people.

AI output and accuracy

Try-On outputs are generated by AI models and may not always be perfectly accurate. They are an aid for visualization and storytelling, not a guarantee of how a garment will fit a real human body. We recommend that you review every output before publishing or sharing it, and that you make use of the manual touch-up path when accuracy matters.

Your content stays yours

Product images you upload, your gallery and the Try-On results we generate from them belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use it only to operate the service for you — to render results, store your gallery, deliver shared pages and produce usage analytics for your dashboard.

You grant TryLa a limited license to process and host your content for the purpose of providing the service, and you can revoke this license at any time by deleting the content from your account.

Account and credits

You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure, and for any activity performed under your account. Credits purchased on TryLa are consumed by Try-On generations, share-link usage and other actions described in pricing. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active. We may adjust credit costs from time to time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

TryLa is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of the service or from AI outputs. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using TryLa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we determine in good faith that the platform is being used in violation of these terms, or if continued service creates a security or legal risk. We will give you reasonable notice when possible and refund unused prepaid credits where appropriate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use of TryLa after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
